Whilst developing further signage at Elephant Park we were tasked with providing a selection of infills that were to meet the latest government fire regulation standards, specifically for residential apartment blocks. Combustible sheet material has for years been the go-to within the industry for such projects, due to its quality and project longevity favoured by clients but in this case fitting this material within three metres of residential housing has now become obsolete. To overcome the fire regulation concerns we utilised a printed roll material instead that met all regulations, provided fantastic graphic representation plus added value and peace of mind for the client.
Branding and signage must meet stringent criteria within application, and it is essential that appropriate risk assessment is taken on a project to ensure all aspects of design, build and fitting meet the latest standards and legislation. Here at Reade Signs safety is paramount.
